UGC-NET June 2024: Your Guide to Downloading the Examination City Intimation Slip

Important Update for UGC-NET June 2024 Applicants

This is an announcement for the UGC-NET June 2024 examination applicants. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the exam for 83 subjects on 18th June 2024. Candidates are required to download their Examination City Intimation Slip from the official website starting from 07 June 2024. This slip provides information about the city of the examination centre. The actual Admit Card will be issued later.

We have some important news for all the applicants of the UGC-NET June 2024 examination. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been given the responsibility by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to conduct the UGC-NET exam. This test is very important as it determines whether Indian nationals are eligible for various academic positions and opportunities in Indian universities and colleges.

The UGC-NET June 2024 exam will be conducted for 83 subjects. It will be a pen-and-paper test, also known as OMR mode. The exam will take place in various centers across the country on 18th June 2024.

Now, here’s the important part. All candidates are required to check and download their Examination City Intimation Slip for the UGC-NET June 2024 exam. You can do this by using your Application Number and Date of Birth. The slip can be downloaded from the website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in starting from today, 07 June 2024. Please make sure to read all the instructions mentioned in the slip.

Please note that this slip is NOT your Admit Card for the examination. It is just to give you advance information about the city where your examination centre will be located. This is to help you plan your travel and accommodation if needed.

The actual Admit Card for the UGC-NET June 2024 exam will be issued at a later date.
